Shipping Policy – Quill and Folly
At Quill and Folly, each item is made to order with great care. We do not hold stock or mass-produce designs — your piece is created just for you, which means it may take a little longer than off-the-shelf alternatives.
📦 Production & Fulfilment Time
Please allow 2–7 working days for us to process and fulfil your order before dispatch. This includes the time it takes to print, prepare, and package your item to our standards. We’ll always aim for the shorter end of this window, but delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
🚚 Shipping Destinations & Times
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom: Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after fulfilment
- United States: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after fulfilment
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on local carriers and seasonal volume.
📬 Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received tracking within 10 working days, please get in touch.
📮 Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions to select regions — keep an eye out!
