Return Policy – Quill and Folly
At Quill and Folly, every item is made to order just for you. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of heart, incorrect sizing, or other non-fault-related reasons. We kindly encourage you to double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Legal note (UK customers): Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, these items fall under the “custom-made goods” exemption to the 14-day change-of-mind period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Faulty goods remain protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if you notice any problems. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund in the case of faults, damage in transit, or errors in fulfilment.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items that are not damaged or incorrect
- Personalized or custom orders
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a return or refund has been approved due to damage or error, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
